"I had a worse experience than the worst.not even a single employee helps When you buy the product, he talks well till then. Just like after buying an product they do not provide any service for that product . I bought a product 15 days ago and that was a damaged product . Today is the 15th day. Till now I call every day for repair but no one picks up the call.And if I go to the shop they say they will do it today, they will do it today but till today my product has not been repaired. That's why never buy anything even worth Rs 10 from this shop."

"Absolute Frauds. They sell old products which is not even available at the company sites in high price and also additionally charge extra for card payments which is illegal. Dont buy products from this shop they are completely pathetic people greedy for money to obtain illegaly and sell bad products to customers. Better order products directly from company site to avail better offer no fraud charges. Dont not buy anything from FRAUDHOME NEEDS Update: We had come to purchase a samsung AC. Due to fraudulent activity we cancelled. There is no misguide people can ask banking professionals or RBI guidelines where merchant cannot charge extra for paying through card."
